Health kick part 2

I've made a recent discovery. On one of my searches for new healthy foods I might enjoy. I made my food discovery, Aloe vera juice.

I absolutely adore Aloe vera juice. At a sandwich bar during lunch I wanted something to drink, and since I'm trying to cut out sugary fizzy drinks I thought I'd get the healthiest thing on the menu and there is was...Aloe vera juice.

It's a strange kind of drink with bits of Aloe Vera in it too but it's naturally sweet and refreshing. Something I would definately recommend you try. I've read about it and it has lots of vitamins and is good for your immune system, great for detoxing and helping repair and protect your body.

I've also started cutting down my coffee intake too. This week I had 3, which is good considering I would drink that many in a day.

Instead of coffee I've started drinking tea no sugar, which I'm hoping to trade in for green tea at some point.

So far my substitutes seem to be working. Instead of fizzy drinks I'm having Aloe Vera and instead of coffee I'm drinking tea.

Hopefully having substitutes instead of cutting them out will help me to stick to it. Sure tea doesn't quite hit rhe spot like coffee does and I don't get that buzz but tea is something to keep me busy. Wish me luck.

Lots of love

Soo much drama #Roadtrip

OToday started off rather eventless.

The weather looked good so spent my afternoon in the garden enjoying the sunshine.

Thr evening however was a completely different story.

It all started with a phone call. The guys decided they wanted to go golfing. The boys were on their bikes and we were leading the way in the car with our sat nav on. We get to a red light and my brother on his bike decides to empty his pockets of his phone and wallet so he doesnt drop them from his jean pocket.

We're at a motorway now. One of the guys on his bike for some reason to overtake us, my brother follows and we hit a fork in the road. There are 3 exits and each of us are on different lane. We flash the guys to get im the same lane as us. One of them sees us but my brother panics and thinks someone behind him is flashing him since he's driving slowly. He hits the gas and we all watch him going down the wrong exit on the motorway.

We freak out and keep driving until we find a hard shoulder and stop to regroup.y brother hasn't been on the motors before on his bike and we realise he has no sat nav no phone and he doesn't know his way to golf.

After doubling back to find him we decide maybe he saw the exit to head back home and hes gone that way. At this point there are so many different turn ins he could have taken and we're all keeping our eye peeled incase we drive past him.

It's dark now and about and hours goes by before I get a call from an unknown number. Turns out he's found his way to Golf and he's waiting for us. At this point we're 10minutes fron our house and he's an hour away in the other direction.

We turn back to get him in case he can't find his way back in his own and he had no phone to call for help if he did get lost again.

All in all soo much drama and panic. We didn't make it to golf in time and all we did was drive around for 3 hours going backwards and forwards. What was meant to be a meal and golf ended up being a mini road trip and lots of drama.
